Immunizations
7th and 12th grade students are required to provide proof of the following immunizations prior to the start of the school year. You will have 30 calendar days from the first day of school to provide the required up-to-date immunization record for your child. If proof of vaccination is not provided by the end of the 30 calendar day period, your child will be suspended from school until they provide proof of immunization as required by law.
