We do school differently, and the nation is taking notice!

NEAAAT Joins National Initiative to Reinvent High School
NEAAAT is proud to be part of the Future of High School Network, a national initiative organized by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching designed to catalyze learning, knowledge and impact to support a ‘new architecture’ for high school nationwide. This two-year partnership brings together 24 forward-thinking districts to reimagine high school. We look forward to sharing what we learn and contributing to national efforts that modernize current outdated systems and scale competency-based high school models designed to accelerate student engagement, achievement, and success in postsecondary education and work.

NEAAAT is Featured in the Canopy Project
Communities nationwide are building student-centered schools where extraordinary learning is the norm. However, it can be hard to find innovative schools to learn from, especially outside of your own network. The Canopy Project is a collaborative effort to ‘see the forest’ of innovative schools and build collective knowledge. It does this by collecting nominations of innovative learning environments, gathering details about each learning environment through a school leader survey, and sharing information publicly.
We are proud that NEAAAT is among the set of innovative learning environments included in the Canopy. Along with CRPE and Transcend, we invite you to engage with the Canopy data portal and research.
