In order to enroll at NEAAAT once a student has been offered admission, NEAAAT must receive the following enrollment documentation:

Free and Reduced Lunch Form or Decline Free and Reduced Lunch Form
- List of Acceptable Proof of Residency and Immunization Documentation
- RESIDENCY DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW NEAAAT STUDENTS
- Proof Of Residency Form PLUS the following:
- A form of identification as the student’s parent/guardian:
- North Carolina Driver’s License (with current address)
- Government Issued ID with photo (military ID, state issued ID card)
- An affidavit signed by an agent or representative of social services or foster care agency
- Residency verification. This document should contain your name and the current address that matches the above identification. (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted).
- Utility Bill (electric, gas, water, sewer, cable) –
- Must be dated within the past 3 months.Must show the service AND billing address
- Copy of student’s birth certificate that parental name matches the above documentation.
